Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie is quite the mouthful for a title that has every right to be a worthless cash in based on the cinematic event, but strives to be so much more, and what's more, it succeeds.

With creative and deceptively complex shooting mechanics and brief but memorable sections of cinematic brawling as the titular character, few things hold it back more than a troublesome PC port. However, behind all of it Kong roars triumphantly.
